Moving house is one of those jobs where the difference between a good day and a bad one comes down to preparation. Our house removals service covers the whole move: protecting your furniture, loading the van properly, getting everything to your new address and putting it in the right rooms when we arrive.
We handle moves of every size, from a one-bedroom flat to a large family house. Before your move we talk through what you have, how much access there is at both properties and anything that needs particular care — pianos, glass, garden equipment, items that will not come apart.
Because EVER MOVING & SERVICES LTD also provides cleaning, you can add end-of-tenancy or move-in cleaning to the same booking. That means one company, one point of contact, and no trying to line up a cleaner around a removal van.

How far in advance should I book a house removal?
As early as you can, particularly if you are moving on a Friday or at the end of the month, which are the busiest times. If your date depends on a completion that has not been confirmed yet, tell us — we can pencil in a provisional date and firm it up when you know more.
Do I need to empty my drawers and wardrobes?
Please empty anything glass, fragile, heavy or valuable. Light clothing can often stay in drawers, but a chest of drawers full of books is unsafe to lift and can damage the unit. We will tell you what needs emptying when we quote.
Will you take apart and rebuild my furniture?
Yes, we dismantle and reassemble standard flat-pack items such as beds and wardrobes as part of the move. Let us know in advance about anything unusual, built-in or particularly complex so we can allow the right amount of time.
What happens if my completion is delayed on the day?
Delays on moving day are common and we plan for them. Keep us updated as soon as you hear anything and we will work through the options with you. If a delay means the move has to be rescheduled or your belongings need to be held overnight, we will talk you through what that involves.
Are my belongings covered while you are moving them?
Ask us about cover when you request your quote and we will confirm in writing exactly what applies to your job before you book, so there are no assumptions on either side.
Can you clean the property after we move out?
Yes. End-of-tenancy and move-out cleaning can be added to the same booking, so the property is cleaned once the van is loaded and the rooms are clear.
