Clean windows change how a whole room feels, and it happens gradually enough that most people do not notice how much light they have lost until the windows are done.
We clean glass inside and out, along with the frames, sills and tracks — the parts that hold the dirt and are almost always left. A cleaned pane in a grubby frame still looks unclean.
We work on houses, flats and commercial premises. Upper-floor windows can be cleaned where they are safely accessible; if reaching yours needs specialist access equipment, we will say so honestly rather than take on work that cannot be done safely.

Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleaning, provided we can get to the windows — an unlocked side gate is usually all that is needed. Interior cleaning obviously needs someone to let us in.
Can you reach upstairs windows?
In most houses, yes, using pole-fed equipment from the ground. Some properties — higher buildings, or windows over extensions and awkward roof lines — need specialist access equipment. We will tell you what is genuinely reachable rather than attempt something unsafe.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Every four to eight weeks keeps most homes consistently clear. Properties on busy roads or near the coast need it more often, since traffic film and salt build up faster.
What happens if it rains afterwards?
Clean glass with no dirt film on it dries far better than dirty glass, so light rain shortly after cleaning rarely spoils the result. Heavy rain during the clean is a different matter and we would usually reschedule.
Do you clean conservatories?
Yes, including the glass, frames and accessible roof panels. Mention it when you enquire so we allow the time and bring the right equipment.
