About our waste & bulk removal service
Every move and every clear-out produces a pile of things that are not going with you. Old furniture, a broken appliance, the contents of a loft, whatever accumulated in the garage — none of it fits in a car and none of it is going in a wheelie bin.
We load it, take it away and dispose of it responsibly. Unlike a skip there is no permit to arrange, nothing sitting on your drive for a week, and no loading it yourself — we do the lifting and carrying, including from upstairs.
We handle single items right through to full property clear-outs. Where things are still usable we aim to see them reused, and everything else goes through the correct waste channels. Nothing is ever fly-tipped.

How is this priced?
By the volume of what is being taken and how difficult it is to reach — a third-floor flat with no lift is more work than a garage by the driveway. We quote from your list or photos so you know the price beforehand.
Do I need to bring things outside?
No. We carry everything out ourselves, including from upstairs, lofts, gardens and outbuildings. That is the point of the service.
What happens to the things you take?
Usable items are diverted for reuse where possible, recyclable materials are separated, and the remainder goes through the correct licensed waste channels. Nothing is fly-tipped.
Is this better than hiring a skip?
For most household clear-outs, yes. There is no permit to arrange, nothing blocking your drive for days, and no loading it yourself. A skip can work out better for large volumes of construction waste over an extended period.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste and gas cylinders needs specialist disposal and we cannot take it. Tell us what you have when you enquire and we will confirm what is covered.
Can you do a full house clearance?
Yes, from a single room to an entire property. Clearances following a bereavement are handled with the care that situation deserves — take the time you need and we will work at your pace.
