There is a short window during a move when a property is completely empty, and it is the only realistic opportunity to clean it properly. Move-in and move-out cleaning is about using that window.
Move-out cleaning happens once the van is loaded and the rooms are clear. Move-in cleaning happens before your belongings arrive, so you unpack into a property cleaned to your standard rather than living around someone else's leftovers.
Because EVER MOVING & SERVICES LTD handles both the removal and the cleaning, the timing works without you having to coordinate it. The cleaning team is scheduled around the move, not the other way round.

How does this differ from end-of-tenancy cleaning?
The cleaning is similar, but end-of-tenancy work is aimed specifically at a check-out inventory inspection and its associated standard. Move-in and move-out cleaning is about the property being clean around a move — which applies just as much to buyers and homeowners as to tenants. If you are a tenant with a deposit at stake, book the end-of-tenancy service.
Can you clean both properties?
Yes, and it is a common booking. We clean the old property once it is empty and the new one before your belongings arrive.
When exactly does the cleaning happen?
Move-out cleaning happens after the van is loaded and the rooms are clear. Move-in cleaning happens before delivery. We plan the timings with the move so they do not clash.
Do you need the property to be completely empty?
For the best result, yes. We can work around some furniture, but anything left in place is something we cannot clean behind or underneath.
Can this be booked with the removal?
