About our domestic cleaning service
Domestic cleaning is the routine work that keeps a home comfortable: kitchens and bathrooms cleaned properly, floors done, surfaces wiped, beds changed and everything put back where it belongs.
We work to an agreed list rather than a vague idea of what cleaning means, so you know exactly what is being done each visit. If your priorities are different from the standard list — you would rather we spent longer on the kitchen and skipped the spare room — we adjust it.
Most people book weekly or fortnightly. One-off cleans are equally welcome, whether that is before visitors arrive, after a party, or simply because the house has got away from you.

- Kitchen surfaces, sink, hob and exterior of appliances cleaned
- Bathrooms cleaned throughout, including sanitising and limescale removal
- Vacuuming of carpets, rugs and soft flooring

- Mirrors and internal glass wiped
- Beds made or bed linen changed if you leave it out
- Bins emptied and liners replaced

Do I need to be at home while you clean?
Not at all. Many customers are at work during their clean and arrange access in advance. Whatever you prefer, we agree it before the first visit rather than assuming.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
We can bring what is needed, or use your own products if you prefer — which some people do because of allergies, pets or particular surfaces. Let us know which you would rather when you book.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
We aim for continuity on regular bookings, because someone who knows your home works faster and to a better standard. If a change is unavoidable we will let you know rather than send an unfamiliar face unannounced.
What is not included in a standard domestic clean?
Jobs like oven interiors, inside windows above ground level, carpet cleaning and deep-clean tasks sit outside a routine visit — they take much longer. Each is available as its own service and can be added when you need it.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes. Let us know in reasonable time and we will move or skip it. We will confirm the notice period when you book.
